The cashier was super rude, she raised her voice to us when we said we donāt know if we dumped the member card away (cuz with the apps already, we didnāt know we still require to keep the physical card). We were saying in a very polite ā¦

The staff at this watsons branch super rude. Pekerja malay yang pendek tu suara macam cartoon sikit suara dia tajam. Watsons management should really come and train them properly. If i ever go scm i will go to the old watsons on ground floor instead.
