Taman Botani Negara Shah Alam is the national botanic garden at Bukit Cahaya Seri Alam. Locals still say Bukit Cerakah. Wikipedia and the ministry list 817 hectares. Visit Selangor prints Tuesday-Sunday 07:30-16:30, closed Monday except school and public holidays. Adult 12-54 RM3, children 6-11 and seniors 55+ RM1, under 6 and OKU free. Car park RM3. Office 03-5510 6922, bookings 03-5510 7048. The board lists a paddy field, animal park, cactus garden, Four Seasons Temperate House, Bukit Sapu Tangan hike, and an internal bus. Go in the morning. The gate closes before dinner. SkyTrex at this garden is on the TBNSA grounds. SkyTrex Sungai Congkak is a different park in Hulu Langat. Do not mix them. This is an attraction, not a mall.
