Fabulous helpful staff. Kudos to a male staff who helped find location for items. Even security staff are very service orientated. And Elya who helped tremendously at the self check out. Please keep up the great work!

that one tiny short staff is super damn rude. Not saying her name but just want to say pls be more professional and dont take your anger out on a customer just because u have a lot of works to do

Been there few times, the indian girl (not remember her name) friendly cashier. The manager also is good at communicating with customer.

This Watsons located at new wings of Setia City Mall. Very convenience and not too crowded compared to Watsons Old Wings

Staff near dermatology product sections are impatient and rude, around LaRoche Posay products area. We were just browsing the product but keep pushing the other products and saying the products we were using is not suitable, and showing impatient face.

Staff nama LETCU sangat2 friendly dan baik. She helped me to change card points and phone number. I tak pernah rasa selesa n happy sgt like this before whenever i visited watson. Thank you!!
