Came for true intention of buying but the SA’s attitude was far off. He was busy fixing his tie and facing the mirror when talking to us. We were happy to leave and take business someplace else.

Walked in to get a wedding gift for my fiancé, but customer service was trash and very status-based. No worries, happy to take business else where. The staff should take his outfit else where too, along with his attitude.

Staff does not really care about customer service. Probably they are sizing people based on appearance, very bad customer service. Used to a loyal customer, don't think will come back
