I’m kinda disappointed on your SA service, was inquiring about bracelet removal, but seems he is not interested in this due to not buying. Was interested to get BB for my wife that time for our anniversary, end up ruined my mood due to this attitude. Perhaps your SA only entertain those Asian kids more. Good luck on your business .

I would give no star if this is possible. The customer service here is terrible, i walked in and was standing there with nobody attended to, despite having a sales assistant there serving someone else. There is no eye contact with me asking me to wait, but rather pretended im not there and let me standing. Is this how a customer service should be? And minutes later, another customer came in and the sales assistant attended to him and even called her colleague in the back room. I wonder why...

Walked in to find a watch for my husband, but the customer service was terrible—judgmental and completely status-driven. The staff member gave me a dismissive look, scanning me from head to toe without even greeting me. He should take both his outfit and attitude elsewhere.
