Disappointing services from staff. Have meal today around 2pm+, not that many customer but 2 hijabi staff have tight face and not smile at all? Only 1 girl with name tag Yen showing effort servicing customer with good attitude. Will not come here again

I am disappointed with the service. I requested extra hot coffee and another less ice, but received a normal coffee instead. The taste was also quite different, although I am a regular customer at other branches. Staff is also not polite.When I tell them about issue ,she said ,give google review.

Please train your staff , really bad experience. Put the coffee behind other customer take away bag, if I not standing there how I know my coffee is ready. See I’m looking for my coffee but just ignore. And this is service line， courtesy of the service is a MUST！ no matter how busy, but they don’t .
