most items are out of stock but then its normal. 2 stars because most of your worker i believe are students and they lack that professionalism skills. other sephora branch workers are top notch in assisting customers looking for items and shades.

I went to Sephora last Friday and was assisted by a staff member named Syiera (or Shera, if I’m not mistaken). She gave a very detailed explanation and recommended a foundation that suits me well. Great job to Sephora Shah Alam for having such a helpful and knowledgeable staff.
