Don't go to this branch, bad customer service in & out! The staff were rude, and communication was poor, they even provided an invalid phone number. I placed a click & collect order, but after two days received no updates. At this point, it would have been faster to just walk in and buy it.

Bruh the security guards gotta chill. Know how to pick, observe and judge properly. Quit following people around who are genuinely taking their time to browse. Sad because the SA there are one of the more friendlier ones. Pls work on your guards, annoying as hell.

Staff very polite & helpful from loading bay(Malay gentlemen) to Sephora staff (2 female Malay women) & 1 nepali (I think) in-store guard with plain clothes or staff (I was told guard), thank you very much, a good environment with awesome people. 5 star rating from me.
