Bad service would not even recommend ,genuinely curious how are they still in business with an attitude and behaviour like that.Asked the guy questions of some games I wanted to buy from them but they keep staring at thier phone the whole time while Im asking question like they don't care. Horrible just bad

Horrific experience. Traveling on holiday. Passed by shop and bought 3DS game as my little one wanted one. Went back to hotel and game didn't work. Went straight back to shop - was told the game was a different region and wouldn't work on …

The product selection was outdated, and when I asked about a specific game, they acted like I was bothering them. Prices were higher than average, and the shop looked messy and poorly maintained.

Walking into this shop is like volunteering for the worst customer service experience of your life. Imagine Karen’s diner, but without the food, without the fun, and run by people who look allergic to basic human decency. The staff act like they’re doing you a huge favour by even existing, let alone acknowledging you. Zero product knowledge, zero effort, zero respect — just one big fat ZERO. Honestly, a vending machine would provide better service and probably better conversation. This dump shouldn’t even call itself a shop; it’s more like a shrine to how not to run a business. Avoid at all costs unless you enjoy being treated like trash
