rude female malay staff. no greeting at all. i love empire shushi but this staff should do better. if u dont know how to work in fnb then dont or at least learn how to.

They should put up sign to direct people... Order first then go to cashier to pay. Sometimes, people would just que at the cashier thinking they can order at the cashier. …

Bad service ever. Talk rude and didn't have manner to take order. Already told them to add on but they didn't hear it, then she asks me why I didn't say it earlier as she already want to proceed for the payment. Is it my fault? I know you guys are tired but you need to smile and talk nicely tho☹️
