I’m very disappointed with the service and the staff. My order took an unreasonably long time and no apology was given. I hope the management can improve staff training and service quality.

I’m disappointed with the service I received today. The staff female free hair was rude while serving my sushi, and it left a very negative impression. I hope that staff can work on providing more respectful and welcoming service.

Staff gave us the wrong sushi. When informed, there was no apology or solution—only blamed that the order was already confirmed. Very disappointing service. First and last time eating here.

9 jun - very rude and bad customer service. Staff keep letting people cut que. When we told them, they asked to que. Cmon la! This is not the first time.

Not customer friendly cashier staff. She wrongly print receipts and when I ask the correct receipts, she not even ask for apologize and she even make mocking face. If you dont want to work, just resign and stay at home. People pay for your food & service, we not begging food from empire sushi

A small stall, located on the lower ground. It has common sushis but doesnt have odens.

Just got scam from here , i take salmon x3 and 1 saba teriyaki also 2 ketchup pack , charge me rm14.40, reason cannot void. Please train yr staff no wonder you guys got bad review. And me being kind sedekah only to staff scared she dont have money to ganti. No wonder dont want to give out receipts. Weirdo

I got my sushi at 9.45pm which every stall on going closing session. However the guy staff still able to serve me politely. Good job
