Very friendly staff especially one woman with glass, assist me with shoe sizes and payment. I cannot remember her name but i visited this store on 26th June 2022, 3.30 pm. Keep up good job.

Staff is very friendly. Actually the most friendly I have experienced in any Bata stores. Smiling even though we asked lots of questions. Well done

Was at Bata on 29 Aug 2025, about 845pm. Was attended by a Malay gentleman and I forgot to get his name. Such good customer service and attentive. Kudos!!

Excellent service from a staff named Didi who handled 3/4 families at that time, on a weekday night all by herself, she works really fast in and out of the store to fetch us different shoes in different sizes. All with smiling face and very good attitude. Had a really pleasant experience at the store because of Didi.
