Visited today and had a pleasant experience with the staff here when I needed to make a shoe size exchange. The staff, Didi, was very helpful and friendly to assist me. Will come back again.

Convenient and good place to shop for all manner of shoe types for both female and male needs. Pricing is meant for the everyday Joe and that's a really good thing considering how far south our economy is at now. The dress and workshoes for daily office wear styling of late has caught up with the more expensive imported brands when I had a browse on the line up. Excellent!

There shouldn't be any star.Price on shoe differs from the shelf and new pair from store.Cashier didnt ask if i was a member.Said the points will be in within an hr.1dy passed,nothing.Called hq told them no one picking up my call.Hq had same problem.Operater said she will call me,just like the staff at SP-why bother??

I usually buy my children school shoes last minute, days before the school session opens up after a long December break. Usually other bata outlet would run out off stocks by that time especially common sizes, but not this one. Its been 3 years straight for me, and for that 5-star review is fairly appropriate. Well done guys.
