Very poor customer service. The lady saw me waiting at the counter for so long without even asking if I wanna order. I ended up just order through the Zus apps. Even after that she delayed making my drinks. This will be my last time ordering Zus drinks here

staff did not acknowledge us and is unfriendedly. i was new to the app and wanted to ask about it. she looked annoyed and did not bother to elaborate further. its not my fault that i did not know how the app works. after i got my order, staff didn't even tell us that the order is done.
