The lady behind the counter was rushing through the order. We wanted to pay through the voucher redeemed through tng but she said cannot, only through app. On top of that, never asked the level sweetness and amount of ice cubes. Bad service!

Nice to see a ZUS here in Jaya Shopping Centre, and it’s right across Starbucks. The outlet looks big but somehow the seating is quite limited. Had no problem with my drink, ordered on the app and collected within 5 mins.

Always order online for pick up and sometimes if lucky there will be an empty seat however since the seats are limited for dining it's always occupied. Love the friendly staff too
