19.08.2025 Tuesday I ordered a hot buttercrème latté and zirty latte with boss coffee bean. I can tell you the zirty latte was not nice at all. The coffee bean doesn't feel it was a properly roasted. The whole drink feels different. Mom's drink was alright.

Very bad service. Slow motion. Chit chat each other without doing customer order properly. 5 baristas at the bar but only 1 barista do her work properly. After waiting for 30 minutes, no word "SORRY" from them.

Service is very slow. Quality of the product is no where up to par. Rude staff named mikhail have no courtesy to say sorry after made me wait for 30 mins to order and another 20 mins for the product to be delivered. Please zus do something! There is no point of expanding if your service is not up to standard!
