Very conducive shopping environment. The women's only section occupies 2 retail lots while the men's occupies only 1. The aisles are very spacious and easy to navigate around even during peak hours . Pricing is expensive though .

This has been the most ridiculous experience Iāve ever had with Zara. I purchased at Zara Sunway. Your system claims my order was ādelivered/collected,ā yet when I went to the Zara 1 Utama store not once, but TWICE the staff said the item has still not arrived. It has been more than a month. How is this even possible? Iām honestly shocked at how a big brand can have such a messy, contradictory system. Online tells me one thing, the store tells me another, and Iām left wasting my time, petrol, and patience going back and forth with zero answers. No follow-up, no accountability, no solution just ānot our problemā attitude from both sides. If you canāt even track a single item, why are you selling limited collections that customers canāt return or cancel? This whole situation is beyond frustrating and completely unacceptable. Zara seriously needs to fix their customer service before more customers go through this nonsense.

This branch of Zara is large with ladies, men's and kids sections. There are lots of fashion choices and we found their fragrances quite nice too. Items on offer are reasonably priced.

Itās very hard to find a cashier to make payment at this outlet. This is the third time Iāve purchased here, and thereās still no staff at the cashier counter. If Zara is short of staff, maybe you could place a bell at the cashier counter so customers can press it to call a cashier, instead of struggling to find someone to assist with payment. Makes sense, right? Hope the management sees this message.
