Bad experience, last time I went two times in consecutive two days to pick up the money, but they couldn't give the money. Then, I went to another outlet in KL to pick up the money. The WU authority should consider this issue seriously.

Extremely poor service, uncooperative staff; they insisted on a paper explaining the reason for the funds and refused to release the money. I visited a different branch, and they promptly provided the funds with only my ID and transfer number as required documents.

Snobbish front counter lady. She was rolling her eyes while answering my enquiries. I had to ask her if she is okay to work there as she seems upset doing her job. She was shocked with the question and changed her tone. I left without doing the tt.

The time said open until 1030pm but when I arrived the male worker said it's already closed. This is the ridiculous service! No service at all

Not helpful at all and not professional in their work especially the Indian lady she don’t want to do her job or even give a chance to understand what customer said!
