As a watson elit card holder. THIS IS THE ONLY OUTLET I SPEND MORE THAN RM200++ BUT NO FREE GIFT. Been lovin watson since young and love to spend more than Rm100+ and i always been given with lovely free gift. But this outlet staff keep saying ‘tak tahu,tak tahu’. Poor service outlet.

Customer service very bad and rude especially store manager, people paid but threat people like thief, simply jumped into conclusions!

A customer cut my que at the counter and the cashier didn’t do NOTHING to countered it. In fact , the cashier call the next customer BEHIND me to pay and cut AGAIN my que after the first customer who cut my que had done her purchase. The cashier was really had no common sense!
