I file a complaint by email to customer care on 24th May, follow up on 27th May morning, the reply was email went to junk folder and will move it to inbox to look into it. What a pro answer on handling customer issue. If i did not call to follow up, the complain will sit into junk folder forever.

I’ve started coming for facials here the beginning of this year, and the treatments are really good, could see actual improvement right after. My consultant Ms Janice is always gentle and knowledgeable, she shares to me about skincare tips. Definitely will recommend this beauty centre and their treatments!
