I've been to this outlet for many years. They provide good service and the place is conducive. Caters the local marketvwell. This time I was serviced by Jahnvi, and she did an excellent job on facial massage. Continue the good job!!

I have been a loyal customer since Velvet first opened, which makes this experience especially disappointing. Previously, a full face wax included nostril waxing at no extra charge. Recently, I was told that nostril waxing alone is now charged RM15. For such a small and quick procedure, this sudden additional charge feels unreasonable and gives the impression that customers are being taken advantage of. While I understand that prices may increase over time, changes like this should be transparent and fair, especially to customers who have supported your business for years. Sadly, this experience has made me reconsider continuing my patronage at Velvet.

the waxing and threading service here is very good, especially with Nirmal. She already knows exactly what I want for my waxing and threading. I recently tried their body scrub, and it was excellent. My skin felt smooth immediately and very clean afterward.
