Everything is good. However , service has gone down due lack of staffs to handle lots of customers. Management of TCRS MUST address this staff issue to maintain their existence here at Plaza Masalam sect9 s.alam

Bad service. During peak hrs 7pm+, was only attended by 2 waiter/ waitress. 1 multitasking taking orders for takeway and those dine in was not entertained, despite asking for help multiple times.

There weren’t many people, so I didn’t have to queue,very convenient. The food was great, and the service was excellent too! This staff member (in the photo) deserves special praise for patiently attending to all my requests

Big shoutout to Norsiah! She was super friendly and helpful, attended to everything the customer asked for without any hesitation. Service was tiptop and everything went smoothly. Thanks for making our visit a great one, Norsiah :)
