It is now 8:20 PM, and patrons are still not allowed into the hall due to a technical problem. No clear update, no proper announcement, and no estimated resolution time were given. For an IMAX screening at this ticket price, this level of communication is disappointing. Delays can happen, but better crowd management and transparent communication are expected. Customers plan their time and deserve to be informed clearly and professionally. Hope TGV improves handling of such situations in future.

TGV Cinema in Shah Alam I-City is absolutely amazing! From the moment you step in, you can tell they’ve put effort into creating a top-notch movie experience. The seats are incredibly comfortable, making it easy to sit back and enjoy even the longest films. The sound system and video quality are exceptional—easily one of the best I’ve experienced. Every detail, from the booming bass to the crystal-clear visuals, enhances the movie-watching experience. The service is also fantastic. The staff is friendly and efficient, making the overall experience even better. This is hands down one of the best cinemas I’ve visited, and I’ll definitely be coming back again and again!

On 15/2/2026 5pm, my partner and I went to TGV to buy snacks before entering the movie. When we approached the counter, one of the female staff members was very rude. She walked away and told her colleague, “Eh, you handle this,” right in front of us. I found it very unprofessional to behave that way in front of customers. Secondly, the kitchen staff were dancing and joking around while preparing our food. It felt like they were not taking their job seriously, especially with customers standing right in front of them. TGV i-City, please ensure your staff are properly trained to act professionally and respectfully towards customers.
