Good place for quick bites when you are on the go. I don't like that this place doesn't provide sauce dispenser. I absolutely hate those packet sauce and whoever evil person that invented it.

Order 5 pieces ala carte chicken.. Ask to wait for 20 min for order to be ready end up wait for 40 minutes. Standing infront of the counter for 10 minutes trying to ask the server instead they just look back and trying to ignore customer without bothering to ask or explain why the extra time.. This is not fast food.. This slow food..

I ordered the Zesty Crunch Wrap combo, and there's a hair in the wrap. Has to wait over 30mins for the foods to be ready, understandable due to the number of customers there. But the quality of food should definitely be checked more thoroughly. Recommendation: just go to a different outlet and hope for the best.

Came on a Tuesday. Chicken and biscuits was cold and underwhelming. The sink isn't the cleanest and we were pointed to the sink to get tissues? A staff starting sweeping the floor and moving tables and chairs a little before 9pm while we were still having our drinks. We had to move away as that's very unhygienic.

Cordial and swift service. I like the Spicy Fry Chicken which is crunchy, juicy and big. The Tex Supreme burger is delicious!

The honey butter biscuit should the soul* of Texas Chicken, but this outlet gave me Dry white powder biscuit(On photo). Luckily the fried chicken still hot and delicious. Hopefully they can bring back their soul*
