I ordered thru shopeefood, my order is bang bang matcha mousse. Should be ada pearl but i tak dapat any pearl pun kat. I want to show proof that the cup is closed. Hm. Does anyone know where to submit my order problem? Hope the tealive plaza shah alam staff will be more alert after this order.

The staff is good & friendly.. even ordered quickly, but the water was too sweet even though I asked for less sugar.. got free water from Lazada- red grape + aloe vera.. when I got home I had to add my own water to reduce the sweetness.. this 5 stars rating is because the staff is good
