A staff name HANIS rudely handled a situation that happened at the station. When we asked about why she bring back someone who already left the queue, she didn’t explain. But only told us “jap jap jap jap”. Thereafter when we told her that she already attempted very long and the queue been waiting, she walked away from us rudely.

I was handled very rude by a staff name HANIS. When i try asking, all i got from her is a “jap jap jap”. Whats this? I wasnt given any explanation before i asked for her name and she want to stop me from complaining. I was being treated rudely. And she walked away from me at the station!
