Having to wait even for just one drink to be served… and didn’t see anyone moving around or even on standby. I had to get fork and spoon by myself at other table.

The quality of food is ok - as expected of a chain restaurant. Selection and price is decent. The service is slow though - waited 10 min for order even though some of the plates require minimal work, eg sashimi. Also slow when getting the bill - waited 5 min for waiter to come and an employee ignored us when tried to ask for bill.

Ordered surimi hotate and waiting for close to one hour while having other sushi. Follow up twice only to find out that the sushi is no longer serving. Not removed from menu and no one is aware / bother to inform earlier about this when they saw my order. And there are not many customers in the store hence I don’t understand the inefficiency. Then when it comes to payment, system down and no one well versed with manual key in, waited another 5 mins for them to sort out the issues and discuss.
