Sushi Bonanza but whatever that been ordered via Ipad, only 1 order received as per picture below and when asked, out of stock. Really low quality and not even worth it for the price that being paid +- rm58 per pax!!!

The staff were not very friendly, and the operating hours stated 10am, but when I arrived, they told me it only opens at 11am. Most of the items I wanted to order were also not available. Quite disappointing for a well-known brand.

Not recommended as the cashier didnt explain properly on the 20% disc on member (3pm to 6pm) and redeem on item. Once u redeem u cant deduct the 20% disc. At least cashier can briefly explain. Im not coming back. Especially this outlet.

Your customer service sucks, zero attitude. My ramen tasteless seems like just pour hot water then mix with ramen. Even though got less customer but still have to wait for 30mins even for cola float. We didn't even finish our meals. Ur waiter (malay girl) so rude. The guy waiter so nice.
