The rink was quite crowded as we came on a public holiday, but I had a great time here with my siblings. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the process from purchasing the tickets to entering the rink was quite smooth.

The service was absolutely terrible, especially from one particular male staff — I paid a high price to be here, yet I was unfairly warned to stay on the sidelines just because others were supposedly more skilled; if you're thinking of coming here, please avoid Sunway Pyramid and go to IOI instead — it's so much more worth it.
