The ordering method is different from other sukiya using qr code, here is to order at the counter, and then pick up the meal by yourself. Food serving speed is acceptable, and the food taste is average but the cups here are a bit dirty.

Food taste really horrible especially the rice. Miso soup was also tasteless. This is one of the most worst japanese food I ever had. Having dine at this brand in other country, they taste so much better. With this price, I could eat at much better quality japanese food. This will be my first and last time eating here.
