The staff was friendly and professional. Shop was clean and tidy. But my only problem is, when arranging the vegetable on the sandwich, please arrange it properly. Makes a huge different to the sandwich. Probably just me but you know who you are. Other than that, keep up the good work!

Bread was stale, ingredients and sauces are not served properly, asked for a lid for my hot drink, the dont have it. Instead of giving a fully lid cup, the give the cold lid ..(which doesn't even fit the hot cup obviously.) One of the staff are not friendly at all.
