absolute worst and horrendous customer service and response. Sent my laptop there for almost a month, received 0 updates on the laptop. Owner has absolutely no sense of responsibility and doesn’t respond to customer messages. One of the worst customer services i have ever experienced

Replaced my phone screen and it turned out to be faulty. Went back for a replacement, was told that it can be done in a day. Next day, had to wait for hours after being informed that it can already be picked up, then was told to wait for another day because the replaced screen was faulty yet again.
