Staff not friendly. I want to look some stuff but the ladies ask what you want. You can find it here. Looks like she want me to buy it quickly and leave.Maybe she lazy to serve customers. Been there twice but still the same.

Sox World at Sunway Pyramid deserves a full five stars! The service here was fantastic, thanks to the one staff on duty, a super pleasant and patient lady. She really knew her stuff—gave me solid advice on the best socks for what I needed and made the whole experience feel easy and friendly. The shop itself has a great selection, so plenty to choose from without feeling overwhelmed. A small, but awesome spot if you’re in need of quality socks and helpful service!

I had a very pleasant experience at Sox World Sunway Pyramid. I was looking for winter gloves and the staff kindly recommended a pair that also works with touch screen phones. She was very polite, helpful, and attentive throughout. Really appreciate the great customer service!

Very bad experience. The woman there was extremely rude, lazy, and impatient. When I asked questions, she responded rudely and with a bad attitude. Please look into this matter, as such behavior will drive customers away and ruin their experience.
