Ordered a Bravia Theatre Quad with free SW-5 subwoofer from the Sony Center Sunway Pyramid official Shopee store — what a complete disaster. Only the subwoofer was delivered, while the main unit and speakers never arrived. The order was split into two packages, but Shopee and the seller failed to locate the missing one. Customer service was unresponsive at first, and when they finally replied, they couldn’t resolve the issue. Now I’m stuck waiting another two weeks just for the refund process, meaning it will take about three weeks in total to (hopefully) get back my RM11,000. Terrible experience for such a high-value purchase. Definitely not what you expect from a Sony-branded store.
