I came in with an intention to purchase new sneakers. Unfortunately the staff wasn't pleasant at all. They were rather not helpful. They were thinking we're just window shopping and we could not afford it. I did like a few pairs there. But with that bad service I decided to go elsewhere. Sorry

Among all Sole What Branches, this 1U branch is the worst. One of the Malay Women Promoter showing the worst attitude in telephone call and walk in service. The Gardens have the best promoter btw.
