Counter 13 kids level only 1 person manning on a prefestive season, weekend sumore. Such a long line of waiting despite 2 ppl at the cashier, they refused to open another counter. Absolutely no decors for deepavali either. Disappointing service.

Fair shopping mall. Not very crowded comparing to IOI Putrajaya. Plenty of parking with multiple choices of average outlet that you can find in other big malls.

Big , clean and beautiful. Variety of shops and restaurants. Prayer rooms and toilets are available. A lot of parking using lamp colour. Red colour to indicate no vacant and green for available parking lot.

SOGO is such an iconic store and previously a landmark from the golden ear of shopping days in Jln TAR. Visited again in June and it is far less impressive with far less shoppers owing to the competition of the many thousands of shops in the surrounding area.

Sometime crowd... Sometime easy to got park for your car. Motorcycle park lower level. A Big mall. Can pay your parking ticket online. Lower level will got problem telco data connection, then pay before you go down to lower level.
