Very surreal experience shopping here. Initially met a malay sales girl who had a horrible attitude and seemed unwilling to help with anything. Thankfully there was another older malay staff that was far more friendly and so managed to secure the sale.

Very doubtful about what the staff told me. Malay cashier said cannot void card transaction because of e-invoicing which has not even stated when i wanted to pay using e-wallet. Will call their HQ. Also weird when the chinese staff said no UK half size when 8 was tight and gave me UK 9. After buying, it felt big.

Chinese sales girl is arrogant. Indian sales girl like to serve or not serve. Because the shoes you want to buy are only available at Subang Parade. If not, I won't buy it. So arrogant.

The salesperson by the name of tina is dishonest n lazy. She did not issue the shop's official receipt of sale of product. She used paywave although I specifically told her not to. When asked she argued thinking that her customer is stupid. Wonder whether the money i paid has gone into her boss's account or hers.
