I was looking forward to the mala soup at Shabu2, but it didnβt meet my expectations. The broth was watery, not spicy, and lacked the bold, numbing mala taste. I hope they can enhance the flavor and make it more authentic

Unlimited refill buffet style hotpot. Variety of soup selection, the pork bone & pumpkin soup is superb! Meat and ingredients are fresh. The vanilla & matcha ice cream very premium as well.

The service attitude is very good! The food is delicious! The experience is very good π Especially the manager here has a sweet smile and is always responsive. I also want to especially praise the employee Darren here for his great service ππ»ππ» β¦

Had dinner here with friends, super worth it. Meat and veg all fresh, Yuzu soup is my fav. Staff are nice and fast. Left super full and happy, will come again.βΊοΈ

Very disappointed with the experience. From the moment we walked in, the staff were not friendly at all. There were around 7 to 8 staff members, but most were hiding at the back β no one came out to serve or attend to customers. Only the β¦
