Super tasty and really satisfying. The coconut rice was fluffy and full of aroma, and the sambal had just the right amount of kick. Loved the crunchy anchovies and peanuts—great texture! The chicken was tender and full of flavor. Everything just came together so well. Definitely a go-to comfort meal!
