I would give zero star if i have the option. Ordered online waired almost 1 hr. Called the outlet only to find they couldnt find a rider and cancelled the order. At least have the courtesy to inform the customer. Now had to wait for the refund since they are not clear of the SOP

First of all, my food took 1 hour to serve. Actually they not even prepare my food. The coworkers were too loud argue between them and destroyed the atmosphere. Im not in mood to finish my food.
