I am so disappointed with the service today. i really enjoy eating rotiboy but today the staffs were so rude and side eyeing me when i was trying to buy a rotiboy. So so dissappinted with the customer service. Such a shame cause i like rotiboy so much. Hope this owner takes this as a constructive critism and properly train ur staff.

I am a regular Rotiboy customer all over Malaysia, and it has always been my go to whenever I’m unsure what to eat. Unfortunately, this outlet is the most disappointing one I’ve visited. The buns here are extremely dry and the filling is so stingy that it’s almost nonexistent. I ordered a buttermilk bun but there was barely any filling inside. What is that supposed to be? Very bad quality compared to other outlets. The only positive thing about this outlet is the atmosphere but the product quality and kitchen standards are far below Rotiboy’s usual reputation. Please monitor your staff and the kitchen carefully, because this outlet is making your brand look really bad
