First time trying richeese bcs my friend recommended it saying it was delicious etc, but meh i kinda disappointed with it the food was kinda dry and flavourless not to mention that the cheese sauce was not cheesy enough it’s like 5% cheese and 95% of plain water, idk if its the branch fault or not but surely i wont be ordering again

There is a cashier named Aina, really helps me a lot. Very quick to solve my issue. Clear communication and polite. Very good looking to represent Recheese Factory Malaysia. If anyone need a helps you guys shud find this girl. She is well manage and know how to handle a customer. Very professional.

The staff are friendly and efficient. The waiting time is okay. My favourite is the potato fritters. Very nice. The fire chicken is quite spicy so choose accordingly. I choose level 5 but I can handle spicy.

Food is WAY and when I say really ment WAY WAY WAY WAY too spicy. I only ordered level 3 and I'm dying. Probably my spice level ain't that impressive but I normally eat quite spicy food. Maybe just order level one or sum. Stay safe mates

I can’t consider this place as fast food because the service is extremely slow. Even though there weren’t many customers, I still had to wait almost 20 minutes for my food. The chicken was very small and definitely not worth the price. I hope the restaurant can improve both their service speed and food quality.
