Staff named Joey is very rude. We approached her nicely only to be treated like she owns the brand. This doesn’t just stop at her but also her colleagues, please hire staffs with a bare minimum of manners

I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the outstanding service I received during my recent visit to this puma sunway pyramid store. The staff demonstrated impressive knowledge and were incredibly proud of the service their provided. I especially impressed by how their explain the product very well & very soft-spoken and courteous I was able to purchase my dream shoes even the crowd on weekend is very pack but the staff name Danny treat me very well , and the entire shopping experience with the staff name Danny was enjoyable and memorable. Thank you for making my day so special Danny! I will be back to find you again! 🤟🏻
