I came to this mall on Saturday, 3rd, around 7:20pm. I queued up at potato corner and although the line was not long, it takes up few minutes before i reached the counter to make an order. The staff (malay girl, wearing headscarf, roughly 160cm) told me that i had to wait 40 minutes. And so i did. I came back about an hour later, and was told the same thing. Dissapointed, i left once again, and before head towards the parking's escalator, i decided to try my luck again. It was around 8:50-9:10pm (roughly), and this time the staff told me that it takes 40 minutes to airfry the fries. That poor-attitude girl argued saying that we have to make an order first which will take 40 minutes. If this lack-of-common-sense lady made it clear to us as simple as ' You have to make a purchase first, which will take up to 40 minutes of waiting time' we would have understood and can make a purchase. Manager of this outlet, can you please educate your staff about communication skills and common sense when communicating with customers. I have been to three other outlets, never once did i encounter with staff this horrible.
