I ordered spicy fries+popcorn thru pop meals app for delivery but I got spicy popcorn+ nuggets. I paid for RM17.29 for it and there's NO NOTICE about changing the food given. What a disappointment!

I waited quite a long time for my order, even though I arrived earlier. I noticed that the staff were chatting a lot among themselves, and customers who came after me received their orders first. I'd rate the atmosphere at Pop Meals a 5 out of 5 stars because it's so cozy and inviting! The lighting is perfect, and it's always clean. Plus, the staff is super friendly, which adds to the great vibe.

I having a lunch with my friends but the ipad to order is blank & some of my friends haven’t order yet. The new staff said “saya tak tahu or something tak boleh order dah” they not provide spoon & fork and don’t have sink in the outlet.
