I gave them a call at around 1.20pm Sunday but no one is picking up… So, I asked my husband to go for walk in purchase but no staff around. Err….seriously? Should customer just pick up item left the money on the counter and left? Is that how it works?

The staff was unfriendly and did not welcome customers. They even laughed/giggled when I mentioned the wrong name for the pet food. This experience was very disappointing, they should guide customers better.
