Waited since 2.45 for service my oppo new phone that bought on 26.8.25 but the phone repair person not coming till 3.25. Please don't let customer wait so long .

Called in to get my One Plus's green line issue checked, technician said to bring the phone in. When I got to the SC within 30 mins at 12.45pm, technician went out for a lunch & prayer break and I'm expected to come back at 3pm.. 🤦 …
