Have a pleasant and wonderful experience from Miss Yean. I would like to express my gratitude to Ms Yean for assisting me in finding and advising me on the product I was looking for. Ms Yean explained in detail about the product she recommended. She was patient in answering all my questions and inquiries. She also demonstrated how to use the product. Lousy product, bought a mobile seat massager and it only last for barely 2 years. Sent it for repair and it dragged for months until now there's no any updates from customer service, the salesperson did not even bother follow up. Terrible …
