O’Brien’s is one of my favourite breakfast spots. I love their multigrain panini with crispy chicken and egg mayo—so satisfying! Their breakfast set comes with complimentary coffee or tea, definitely value for money. Today was even better because I got a free cake, exclusively for members.

Please check with kitchen if the menu is out of order. My wife order mushroom soup, but after 8 min, the staf said only left chicken soup. How? Can refund? The drinks is good. The food is average.

The quality of food ordered for take away is not the best as dine in. The toasted sandwiches was so dry and very tough to chew. They even used the END PIECE of bread for my sandwich which makes it more tough and we had to throw it away. Is that in your SOP for making sandwiches? That is weird. The Shambo was ok.

I live in Singapore and miss the great taste of O’Briens sandwiches. So I make a point of having them whenever in KL. This is the first time in this outlet which is nicely located in the corner of the basement and clean and quiet. The triple decker is my go-to and it was fantastic
