Went to get a pair of shoes today, salesperson Muhamad Danial Arif attended to me. I told him the issue with my leg. He asked for my size and immediately brought out three types of shoes that can help my condition. I did settle for a pair with his help. He was knowledgeable, pleasant and accommodating.

Helpful staffs and good selection of shoes. Ambience in shop was good. We went into Asics next door before coming here and the staff who served us treated us very badly. So glad we came over to New Balance instead. Thank you.

Forgot to take down the salemanās name, went to buy a new pair for shoes for travel. This salesman was so technical, even explained the structure of shoes to us, very informative and knowledgable. Recommended me the right walking shoes
